My client is a large hotel based in Cornwall close to the beach with fantastic views of the south coast. Due to natural progression they are looking to bring in some new talent from outside of their usual pool of people and are in need of a senior chef de partie. The main section under the successful candidates control will be sauce. Other duties will include helping the lower level chefs in their development and day to day duties to ensure standards are consistent. Relevant experience is needed of the sauce section and good knowledge of all others is essential. This should be to at least a 1 rosette standard with the ability to cover large banquets as well.
