We are looking for an intelligent fun and caring person to help us out with our Mum two afternoons a week or at a time to suit the applicant. She is currently in a care home having had a fall and a spell in hospital and needs and enjoys an escape route from time to time. I live nearby but have a busy job and young children so would love someone to visit on a regular basis and do what I would normally do which is go out for a drive or a visit to the shops or the hairdresser or a big cream team. My mother has a great sense of fun and enjoys being out and about. She is frail and needs help walking and moving about- but is bright and interested in places and people. We often find it easier to take a wheelchair with us in the boot of the car if were moving around a lot so the person were looking for needs to be strong and capable and resourceful. The applicant needs to be a brilliant driver and mature and have impeccable English. This is a lovely flexible part-time job for the right person and we look forward to hearing from you.
