Our Clients are mainly Property Managers who run large portfolios and need fit and forget solutions for maintenance be it plumbing electrics carpentry etc. We find if we do our job right more work follows. You will generate your own leads by internet research identifying businesses who own large property portfolios in the South of England (and they are many. Most large corporations have in house Property Managers. They need someone reliable an professional which is how we at Adrem have made our name. You will need to have home broadband and a all inclusive landlines call package. What you will be doing We need you to make contact with the Property Managers and get us in the door by using guile and cunning to make contact with the decision makers. It will be very hard work. You will need to have charm a playful sense of humour rock hard self esteem and be very resourceful. We have the product and many people need it you have to find a way of selling it. We can take it from there. Once you have made the contact we will send a literature pack from our Hammersmith London office. You will close your part of the deal by getting our sales team an appointment. For each valid appointment made and kept you will earn £40 and a further £40 if we get work from them. You will also be able to pop in and see us in London and Who knows where this will go. We find good sales people are worth their weight in gold.
