Head Chef My client is looking for a Head Chef to bring together Fine Dining Banqueting Informal Dining and Food Development with at least five years in 3 4 or 5 Red star quality hotel kitchen operations. You will have the creativity and background to match the service levels provided by the Front of House Team and the facilities reputation. This is a simply outstanding role. You will be responsible for the entire food offer to very exacting standards. You will have full financial accountability. You will enjoy a strong relationship with the Senior Management team and relish the opportunity to develop the junior members of the team. You will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of food preparation and presentation. You will have key health and safety responsibilites and ordering and stock control. The salary on offer is £30000 33000 per annum. You will work 5 days out of 7. The shifts will be split and straight. There are considerable and generous company benefits.
