We require a cook for our residential care home for the elderly in Plympton. This will be a temporary position to cover maternity leave but may lead to permanant. Working Tuesday Wednesday Thursday Friday between the hours of 8.00am and 4.00pm (although some flexibility possible) you will be providing an excellent standard of home style cooking for our 30 elderly residents as well as maintaining a high standard of kitchen hygiene and cleanliness as well as filling out the appropriate daily legislative paperwork and kitchen checks. The posiiton is to start in mid March 2011. Due to the naturre of the vacancy a full enhanced Crb check will be carried out as well as reference checks and previous work history. In return we provide a good rate of weekly pay a monthly shift bonus and the opportunity to work in our friendly home.
