We are looking to replace our wonderful chef manager who is leaving after 7 years to get married and start a family at the end of October. The Blue Boar at Longworth is well known and balances being a traditional Inn in the pretty village of Longworth with being a good restaurant as well. We have a tremendous cross section of foodies and locals. The person we seek will mix being front of house with days in the kitchen covering the chefs days off. This person would eventually have total autonomy in the running of the place and hiring of staff. It is hard work and would only suit someone who is very energetic. The person we seek would speak English fluently be smart in their appearance have a confident and attractive personality be able to lead by example and enjoy the buzz and the pressure that controlling a busy place brings. The successful applicant would start in October.
